A heart beat irregularly inside Naraku. He placed his hand on his chest.
Onigumo, I cannot be rid of you but this time your feelings for Kikyo will not get in my way! I have made the first move against my enemies.
Kanna stood at a distance behind Naraku. Naraku pondered in thought in the little moon light that shone through the miasma. Kanna, with a sorrowful look, held her precious mirror in her hands.
“I know you are there, Kanna,” Naraku spoke with his back turned to her.
“What is your plan, Master?”
He did not respond immediately. Naraku remained still eyeing the moonlit valley and mountains.
“I will unleash my anger on this land. I will cover the skies in darkness. No one will ever see the light of day. My enemies will know it is I that instills fear in the hearts of men and demon. I will allow my enemies to know where to find me.”
Kanna turned to look at the sky. The already darkened sky began forming dark clouds. The dark clouds spread slowly over the castle. “Master, what of the dragon master?” She looked back at Naraku. “Will he not come for you too?”
“If he chooses to join the others on their quest to destroy me, I will be ready. Kanna, there is someone I need you to destroy for me. I will give you instructions later. I warn you now: do not underestimate her.”
Dark clouds continued to spread throughout the skies.

Raygan and Akemi bowed in gratefulness to the village leader. They stood on the road outside of the village. Dragon sat like a puppy next to Raygan as the adults exchanged farewells.
“Our village is open to you, dragon master. If you ever need a place to rest my home is your home,” said the humble leader.
“I do thank you for your hospitality, kind sir. We will be on our way. Your kindness will not soon be forgotten.”
Raygan put on his brown cloak over himself to hide his armor. Akemi covered herself in a light blue-green cloak given to her by the village leader. The two of them walked down the streets and left the village. Once outside the village, the two of them panned the area admiring the beauty of the morning.
“I wonder how they are,” wondered Raygan. Dragon brushed up against Raygan’s shin. “You want attention, I see,” he said picking up Dragon. “My dearest companion we must venture to finish our journey.”
He tossed Dragon in the air. Dragon morphed into a large dragon. Raygan hopped onto the morphed dragon, extended his hand and helped Akemi on. Akemi sat behind Raygan with her arms wrapped around Raygan. They flew off in search of the mystic cave of the great dragon.
*******
I wonder how Raygan is doing. Shippo walked behind the group falling behind because he was daydreaming. It’s been a couple of days now since they left Lady Kaede’s village.
“Keep up, will you? You’re slowing us down!” Inuyasha cracked his knuckles clinching his fist.
Kagome hugged herself.
“Hey, Kagome you okay?”
“I’m just a little cold.”
“Sorry I don’t have a blanket.”
“Oh, Inuyasha that was kind of you to say,” she smiled.
“Don’t get mushy,” he said.
The two of them walked together ahead of the group. Miroku and Sango stared at the couple. Their bond was no longer something they hide. They knew they love one another without once confessing it to the other.
“What are you smiling about, Miroku?” Sango interrupted his thoughts.
“I was just admiring the look of those two being together.”
Sango knew more than anyone else how much Kagome’s feelings for Inuyasha had grown.
“Sango, are you well?” asked Miroku.
“I . . . I’m fine,” Sango stared at the ground trying to avoid Miroku’s gaze as they walked along.
The adventurers continued along their path. Kagome looked at the surrounding mountains and distant forest. She was thinking about someone and Inuyasha knew it. What Kagome really admired about Akemi was her love for Raygan. Distance and time did not separate them. Akemi’s relationship with Raygan made Kagome think about her own relationship with Inuyasha.
What will happen between Inuyasha and me when we collect all the shards of the Shikon Jewel? Will he choose to be a full demon and abandon me? What if we don’t defeat Naraku? I don’t know what’s worse: knowing that we may not survive or that he’ll live but I won’t be able to be with him.
“Kagome, snap out of it!” yelled Inuyasha. “You almost walked into a ditch.”
Kagome shook her head to wake out of her daydreaming. They took a few more steps then she stopped.
“Now what?” asked Inuyasha becoming annoyed and impatiently.
“I sense a jewel shard. It’s not far that way.”
“Finally!” cheered Inuyasha. “I’ll be right back!”
“Inuyasha!” Kagome called out to him but Inuyasha was already headed to the location of the jewel shard.
*******
A small goat roamed around in an open field. The goat lifted its head and squinted at the sun. Something caught the goat’s attention. Inuyasha pounced every few yards coming closer and closer to the goat. The alarmed goat took a few steps back. Inuyasha searched the field but saw nothing other than a few boulders and the little goat grazing the field.
“Humph, there’s no demon here,” he complained.
Inuyasha put away his drawn Tessaiga. The goat looked up at Inuyasha. Inuyasha looked back at the goat.
“What do you want? Stop looking at me like that.” The goat continued staring. “Stupid goat! I told you to stop looking at me!” he shook his fist in front of the goat.
Inuyasha’s threatening gesture angered the goat. The goat lined its head with its back preparing to charge at Inuyasha. Inuyasha chuckled at the goat’s attempt on scaring him. The goat’s eyes turned red, it kicked up grass and dirt with its hind legs then charged at Inuyasha. Inuyasha stood still trying to show the goat he was not afraid of it. The goat head butt Inuyasha hard sending Inuyasha several yards away. He shook his head, got up and faced the goat. The goat eyes were bloodshot with steam seeping out of its nose.
“How did you do that?” Inuyasha was confused. The goat breathed heavily. “Iron Reaver Soul Stealer!” shouted Inuyasha in vain as his claw attack missed the goat. The goat kicked Inuyasha with its hind legs. Inuyasha drew Tessaiga. “I went easy on you, but I’ve had enough!” Inuyasha warned the goat.
He raised Tessaiga over his head preparing to strike then goat roared in front of Inuyasha knocking him down. The large goat snapped its large, sharp teeth at him. He quickly got on his feet, but as soon as he did the goat struck him again. Inuyasha fell face down on the ground. Inuyasha was getting up to defend himself with his sword when an arrow in a blue aurora ripped through the goat. The goat vanished. A jewel shard appeared and fell on the ground.
“Inuyasha,” shouted Kagome carrying her bow.
“What you do that for? I had that goat right where I wanted him!” Inuyasha said buried in the ground.
“Sure you did,” Shippo rolled his eyes.
“I thought you could use some assistance,” Kagome smiled. “That goat must have eaten a jewel shard to be that strong.”
Inuyasha stood on his feet and put away the Tessaiga. Shippo ran over to pick up the jewel shard and handed it to Kagome. Kagome placed the shard in her jar along with her other shards.
“Great, we got another jewel shard,” cheered Miroku. “Nice going, Kagome.”
Inuyasha cleared his throat. “What about me? I’m the one that found the goat!”
“You’re also the one that got his butt kicked,” Shippo destroyed Inuyasha’s opportunity of receiving credit for the goat’s defeat.
“How many shards do we have now?” asked Sango.
“One from the dragon Raygan slayed, the two Naraku gave to Raygan and now this one adds up to seven jewel shards.”
“Naraku has the rest,” sighed Sango.
“Koga has two more and Kohaku has one,” informed Kagome.
“I’ll get the ones from Koga,” Inuyasha tapped his sword with pride. “I just hope he’ll still be able to walk once I’m done cutting them off his legs!” Kagome gave Inuyasha a look. “What?” asked Inuyasha.
The group moved across the field to find another road. Shippo stopped and looked behind them. Something moved behind a rock. They were not alone. A cold shiver went down Shippo’s spine. A figure streaked from one boulder to another. Shippo yelped. Inuyasha turned around and faced the quivering Shippo.
“What’s your problem?” Inuyasha asked coldly.
Shippo tried to talk but could not. Shaking as if being electrocuted, Shippo pointed at the boulder he suspected to hide the mysterious figure.
Inuyasha sniffed the air. “I don’t smell a demon.”
Inuyasha grabbed his sword handle and called for the cowardly figure to show itself. Two hands darted up from a boulder. A straw hat appeared. A voice called out to them not to attack. Inuyasha eased off his sword. An elderly priest came out of hiding and came over to them carrying a staff in one hand. His straw hat blocked the sun out of his wrinkled face.
“Why were you hiding?” demanded Inuyasha.
“I was not hiding,” the priest defended his integrity. The priest spoke in a somewhat deep, monotonous tone. “Allow me to introduce myself,” the priest bowed. “I am Priest the Wise. Pardon me if I frightened you, young demon. I was merely observing the battle. Tell me,” he directed his remarks at the mortals. “Why do you humans accompany these demons?”
“What’s that supposed to mean?” a boil appeared on Inuyasha’s forehead.
“I meant no offense,” the old priest held up his hand. “It’s not common to find mortals in the company of demons. Where do you travel to?”
“We travel to collect shards of the Shikon jewel,” informed Miroku. “We also seek the castle of the powerful demon Naraku.”
The priest lifted his head enough so the sunlight touched his mouth. “Shikon jewel, Naraku; hmm, all sounds strangely familiar,” the priest pondered. “Yes, that means you must be Inuyasha,” the priest pointed at Inuyasha.
The impressed group asked the priest how he knows such things.
“I have heard it from a priestess that roamed these parts. She would arrive at a village and tend the wounded men.”
“Who is this priestess?” asked Miroku.
“I haven’t the slightest idea. She left these parts many days ago. There was something strange about her. When I first spoke to her she felt very cold almost as if . . .” The old priest paused. “Almost as if she were dead,” the old priest finished his statement.
Inuyasha’s eyes widened. “Kikyo?” Inuyasha said under his breath.
Kagome glanced at Inuyasha. Oh no. Not her.
“At any rate, I must invite you folks in joining me to my village. It’s on your way.” The old priest lifted his staff in the direction of the village.
“You want us to accompany you?” Kagome asked.
“Yes, a good friend of mine informed me we would eventually cross paths. He also told me if I did come across the half dog demon, that I should bring you all to my home village. I am sure my good friend will be glad to be reacquainted with you all."
The group was a bit alarmed at the odd request, but the old priest assured them he meant no harm. The group figured if they were going to encounter trouble, they would not be able to avoid it away. They reluctantly agree to join the priest. The priest led the group of adventures north west in direction of the village. The only question on their mind was, who could possibly be the friend the priest referred too?
*******
Dragon glided high in the air carrying the dragon master and Akemi. Something to the west caught Raygan’s attention. Dark clouds loomed over the horizon.
Strange. Clouds forming and moving yet no wind is driving them.
Akemi noticed the strange phenomenon as well. Raygan guided dragon onto an open field. Raygan and Akemi got off the dragon both peering at the clouds.
“The clouds are coming over us,” said Akemi.
“Those cannot be natural clouds,” observed Raygan. “They must be directed by a powerful demon. I have my suspicion that this is Naraku’s doing.” Raygan briefly explained who Naraku was and what he did to Raygan and his friends. “This is too dark,” Raygan said. The still wind became a gentle breeze. “This is demonic weather.” Raygan sniffed the air. “There is also a foul smell being carried by the wind.”
Just then Akemi heard heavy footsteps coming in the distance. Raygan felt the presence of a demon approaching. Raygan and Akemi remained cloaked so not to look threatening. A demon approached leading a two headed dragon and two accompanying members. One member of the party carried a staff with two heads. The other member was a small girl riding on the dragon. The approaching demon kept his gaze fixed ahead of him. He walked without hurry and without direction. To the right side of his garment was a large, white fur much like that of dog’s tail. The demon eyed Raygan and continued heading in his direction.
Raygan did not find the demon threatening, but he still warned Akemi to guard herself.
Sesshomaru stopped at a distance from Raygan. Raygan and Sesshomaru stared at one another waiting for the other to make a move. Jaken stood next to his master. Rin sat up on Aun. Akemi remained at Raygan’s side. The party leaders continued exchanging glares.
“You are in my way,” Sesshomaru broke the silence.
“I did not realize we were standing on a road,” Raygan mouthed off to Sesshomaru both knowing full well that they were in an open field.
“How dare you disrespect Lord Sesshomaru like that, you mortal?” snapped Jaken.
“Sesshomaru, is it? I am Raygan. My companion and I were simply examining the strange cloud formations.”
Sesshomaru, Rin and Jaken turned toward to the sky.
“Strange formations indeed,” said Sesshomaru.
Raygan turned to Sesshomaru’s dragon. “Your two-headed dragon is a rare species where I come from. You are fortunate to own one so rare.”
“Lord Sesshomaru, isn’t that the dragon you revived?” Rin’s eyes widened.
Raygan turned to his dragon then back at Sesshomaru. “Is what the little one says true?” asked Raygan.
Sesshomaru did not answer. Rin jumped up on Aun and affirmed herself. She explained how a demon wind sorceress brought the dead dragon to Sesshomaru.
“Kagura?” asked Raygan.
“Yes, that’s her name!” squealed Rin in excitement.
“Be still, Rin,” Sesshomaru commanded.
“Master Sesshomaru, I am indebted to you for the reviving of my dragon,” Raygan said gratefully with a slight bow. “You have a great gift” Raygan noticed that Sesshomaru was missing his left arm. “You are missing you left arm. May I ask how you lost it?”
Sesshomaru did not respond. Jaken interjected.
“Lord Sesshomaru’s business is none of your concern!” Jaken said boldly.
“I offer my assistance in seeking the being responsible for your Master’s injury as repayment,” Raygan explained his offer.
“He requires no such aid from a mortal!” Jaken snapped back. “Lord Sesshomaru will kill Inuyasha on his own accord!”
“Inuyasha is responsible for this?”
“You know Inuyasha?” asked Sesshomaru becoming uncomfortable at the thought of his younger brother.
Raygan admitted Inuyasha and him were friends.
Sesshomaru then ordered his group to follow.
“Master Sesshomaru,” Raygan called out to him. “I wish to thank you in any way I can.”
“I do not want or need nothing from you,” Sesshomaru continued on his way.
Raygan watched as Sesshomaru and his group headed off into the distance.
Lord Sesshomaru was quite rude with that nice man. Rin thought to herself. Lord Sesshomaru should at least accept a thank you from that nice man. When Kagura came and asked for Lord Sesshomaru’s help, Lord Sesshomaru refused. But when I pleaded to him to revive the dragon he took pity on it and did so.
“Why did he not want your aid?” Akemi asked Raygan.
“He does not seem to care for mortals,” Raygan concluded.
Jaken pulled Aun’s reins. So that was the dragon master. The dragon master is nothing but a mortal. How is a mortal able to acquire such power? The power of controlling the hearts of dragons is not a gift a mere mortal can possess. Hmm.
The powerful dog demon kept his gaze ahead of him appearing to have not a care in the world. The traveling party disappeared over the ridge. Dragon waited for its master’s next command. Akemi watched as Raygan remained as a statute against the gentle breeze. A warm hand touched Raygan’s shoulder. The dragon master turned his head to face Akemi. He read her concern in her eyes.
“Akemi, I wish I had that demon’s power,” his eyes gleamed.
“What power?”
“The power to restore life.”
“Raygan,” she whispered. “Hanna is in a better place.”
“You are right, Akemi,” he turned to the horizon. “ Akemi, when I was under Naraku’s spell I killed a young boy,” he gulped. “The boy was already wounded. The only thing keeping him alive was a shard of the Jewel of Four Souls, the same jewel shards my friends seek to collect. I removed the shard from the boy’s body and let him bleed to death.”
“It was not your fault. That evil demon possessed you. You are a better man than most, Raygan. Your spirit is what many people lack.”
“Thank you,” he straightened himself. “I think it best to continue our journey around the dark clouds. Dragon seems to have an allergic reaction to the smell.” He tried to regain his focus.
*******
The old priest guided the group up a small hill. At the top of the hill was a small but elegant structure. The traveling party was amazed at the sight of the shrine-like building. Many spiritual decorations hung on neighboring houses and posts lining the small roads. The priest led them to a house.
“This is my home,” the old man pointed at a house larger than the average village house.
Inside the home was a very clean. The dining area was already prepared for the afternoon meal. The priest invited them in. No one argued with him. The priest explained to the companions as they sat that the village has spiritual decorations to keep the demons away.
“But Inuyasha and Shippo made it through,” said Kagome.
“That’s because I cleared the way for them,” said the old priest.
Servants entered the room with rice bowls, fish, dinner rolls and vegetables. The companions’ mouths watered at the sight of all the food. As soon as he was done giving thanks for the meal, everyone began to gorge themselves on the food.
Miroku paused for a moment. This all seems too well prepared. It’s almost as if the priest knew we were coming.
The sunlight stopped shinning. The priest got up and looked out the window. Dark clouds loomed overhead. The priest murmured under his breath then returned to his guests. He sat and ate his rice slowly with his pair of chopsticks.
“What’s the matter?” asked Sango. “Is something wrong?”
The priest asked if anyone noticed that the sun was blocked out. They all turned to the windows and stared at the dark sky. They thought it strange that night would fall so soon.
“This demonic weather must be the doing of that great demon,” the priest explained his suspicion. The others looked at him confused. “It’s been said that before the end comes to man darkness will fall on the world. No one will ever see the light of day or the light of the moon. Everything will be covered in shadow.”
“You really believe the end is near?” asked Miroku.
“Yes. Just as I knew we would meet today,” continued the priest. “I know more about you all then you would think,” claimed the priest.
“You did make mention we might have a mutual acquaintance. Who were you referring to?” asked Miroku.
“That is for me to know and you to find out,” said the priest crossing his arms. Inuyasha hit the priest on the head forming a lump. “And now you shall find out how I know you,” said the priest with a large lump on his head. “I have a friend that is also your companion. He has told me everything about you. He admires you all so much, especially you, Inuyasha.”
“Alright, old man. Who is it?” Inuyasha demanded to know.
“Myoga is an old friend indeed,” said the priest.
The group jinxed Myoga’s name.
“Figures,” Inuyasha crossed his arms.
“I see nothing wrong with that, Inuyasha. The priest did say that Myoga admires us,” Kagome said with a smile.
Shippo sat in a corner when suddenly there was a loud explosion outside. Inuyasha and Miroku got up to check it out. Inuyasha slid the door open to find Toto-sai sitting on his three-eyed bull.
“Toto-sai?” Inuyasha was surprised.
“Inuyasha, hello. I didn’t think I’d find you here,” Toto-sai said in his old, worn out voice.
Inuyasha slapped his neck squishing the flea Myoga. “Hi, Myoga,” Inuyasha spoke to a speck on his hand.
“Hello . . . Master Inuyasha,” he responded flattened as a pancake.
“Right on time!” The priest got up to welcome his arriving guests and ordered the servants to prepare more food.
While the men were outside talking about the strange weather and interrogating Myoga, Kagome, Sango, Kirara and Shippo remained at the lunch scene. Kagome looked at Inuyasha standing outside yelling at Myoga. The priest, Myoga and Toto-sai caught up on old times. After a while they entered the house and sat down to eat.
“So what brings you here, Toto-sai?” asked Inuyasha.
“Priest the Wise also invited me over for lunch,” he looked above. “And I was forced out of my cave by the foul stench in the air.”
“Foul stench?” asked Miroku.
“Yes, dark clouds loomed over the mountains then a breeze followed carrying a horrible smell. I had to get out of my cave and go somewhere where the air was not so thin. I decided to accept the priest’s offer and have lunch today.”
“What do suppose is causing this strange weather?” wondered Sango.
“It has to be Naraku,” concluded Inuyasha. “There’s no other explanation for it.”
“I agree,” said Miroku. “We must be ready for anything Naraku plans to do.”
Priest the Wise motioned to get everyone’s attention. “Well, now that everyone is here, I can started,” the old priest poured himself more tea. “I do not need you me to tell you where you are heading. I can only tell you what you are facing,” he took a sip of tea. “The strange weather was confirmation of the coming events. You are nearing the end of your journey. I want each of you to be sure of what lies at the end of this road.” The group gave him their full attention.
Priest looked at everyone around the room. “Each of you has a reason to hate Naraku. Each of you have come this far seeking vengeance, but have any of thought beyond revenge? What happens after Naraku is finally destroyed?” He focused on Miroku. “Truly, each of you have been wronged by Naraku is one form or another. Your whole lives have been, in effect, shaped by your encounter with him. This journey has taken a long time, and believe me, it won’t be long now until you reach its end.” He took another sip of tea. “Miroku, Naraku cursed your grandfather with the wind tunnel years ago, correct?”
“Yes,” Miroku recalled. “My father and I were both born with the curse. The wind tunnel will one day grow bigger than my hand and suck me into the void.”
“Indeed,” the elderly priest responded. “It is easy to see the negative aspects of the curse. Wouldn’t you agree that you been able to confront the fear of the curse by using it to help your friends? I am certain there are many encounters that would have ended differently had you not had the wind tunnel,” he noticed Miroku was not quite getting or understanding the priest’s point. “I say this, Miroku, because you will need your wind tunnel now more than ever. You will have to make a choice. When the time comes, you will know what you must do.”
The priest turned to Sango. “Sango, yours is a tale as tragic as any here. Naraku manipulated your younger brother and used him to kill your family and a whole village of demon slayers. Naraku kept Kohaku for a reason. Are you prepared to face your brother one last time? Have you realized that Kohaku’s fate is tied to Naraku’s? What then will you do, or what will you choose when forced to make a choice between the two?”
A cold chill went up Sango’s spine. She had not realized that, or at the very least, thought of her situation in that respect.
“Kagome,” the priest went on. “You carry what remains of the Shikon Jewel. It has been tasked to you to guard it. What will you do with it when you’ve completed the jewel? You do realize Naraku is not the only demon, or villain for that matter, that wants the jewel for themselves, right? Fortunately, you have the ability to return to your time and forget about this place, but the fact remains, as the one responsible for the Shikon Jewel, trouble will always find you. Will you be willing to let the Jewel be passed on to someone that might have ill intentions?”
Kagome glanced at Inuyasha.
“Inuyasha, half breed,” continued the priest. “You perhaps have been battling Naraku the longest of anyone. Should Kagome be prepared to pass on the completed jewel to you, will you make the right choice on what to do with it?”
Instantly, Inuyasha recalled the precious moments he had with Lady Kikyo 50 years ago. They were in love. He feels for her still. Lady Kikyo, an enchanted priestess, guardian of the Shikon Jewel no Tama, was prepared to give it to Inuyasha. Inuyasha intended to use the power of the jewel to become fully human. By doing so, Lady Kikyo was to become a normal woman as well. Only their love mattered before Naraku changed all that. With time having passed and Kikyo being dead, Inuyasha has only one intention in mind: to become a full demon. Though he had seemingly made up his mind, Inuyasha once again is fighting between himself and his love for someone special: Kagome.
“You see, Inuyasha, defeating Naraku is half of the journey,” the priest concluded. “Each of you have long lived for the purpose of revenge. I needed you all to consider the consequences of your actions and decisions. Naraku’s very presence in your lives helped develop who you are and what you do now. Naraku’s demise will likewise have an effect on each you – forever. Be prepared to make the tough choices.”
The group had much to consider, but their thoughts were immediately interrupted by a strong gust of wind that blew the window covers and doors open.
*******
The thin air was making Akemi dizzy. Dragon began to bobble its head too. A village on a hill came into view. Raygan ordered Dragon to land at the small village. Dragon landed hard blowing strong gusts of wind at houses causing some villagers to run away scared and screaming. The passengers dismounted Dragon as it morphed into a small dragon. Raygan picked up his tired dragon and carried it in his arms. Running footsteps came at them from behind. Akemi and Raygan turned around and met faces with Miroku and Kagome.
“Raygan, what are you doing?” asked a surprised Miroku.
The new arrivals joined everyone to the old priest’s house. When they reached the house Shippo, Sango and Kagome rushed out to greet them. The girls guided Akemi to the other side of the house and gave her some water. Raygan joined the men inside the dining room. Servants came in with food but Raygan turned down the food and asked for Akemi and his dragon to be fed instead. The servants went to attend the girls. The men continued their discussion about the strange clouds and their origin.
The servants arrived with beverages and food for Akemi. Shippo carried the little dragon over to the girls to let it eat. The little dragon stuck its head into a rice bowl and ate every last grain. The food re-strengthened Akemi. Raygan excused himself from the dining area to go check on Akemi.
“I hope I am not interrupting anything,” he said trying not to intrude.
“Not at all,” jumped Kagome pulling Sango with her. “We’ll give you two a moment alone!”
Kagome and Sango disappeared around the corner. Like little school girls, Kagome and Sango stopped around the house so they could hear the conversation.
“Are you feeling better, Akemi?” asked Raygan.
She nodded eating some rice. She met eyes with him then glanced at his chest. “Is that the necklace?” she asked referring to a small chain around Raygan’s neck.
“Of course,” he said pulling the jewel out of his shirt.
Akemi touched the jewel and smiled.
*******
After some time, the entire traveling party gathered with the old priest, Toto-sai and Myoga sitting on the porch of the house.
Inuyasha began to sniff a scent in the air. “I smell Naraku!” his dog ears twitched.
Everyone looked at one another with concern. The evil demon’s scent was in the air only meant one thing: wherever he’s hiding his barrier has been opened.
“We have to take advantage of this opportunity,” Inuyasha clenched his fists. “Get your things ready quick!” instructed Inuyasha as gazed out at the darkened valley thinking about the old priest’s words. “The end is near.” Old priest, I hope you’re right!
